Ingredients
For Chicken Kofta:
1 onion (thinly sliced)
One boiled potato (mashed)
2 green chillies (mashed)
3 cloves of Garlic (mashed)
500 gms chicken (boiled)
yoghurt 100 gms
salt as per taste
½ tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
For Gravy:
3 Onions
2 Tomatoes
500 g Spinach (Boiled)
2 cloves of Garlic
Ginger (a small piece)
10 Cashew nuts
½ bowl Fresh Cream
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Chicken masala
Directions
Shred the boiled chicken and mix it with thinly sliced onion, chillies, mashed garlic, spices as well as yoghurt.
Marinate it for at least 2 hrs.
Take a pan and boil oil. Add potato in the mixture and make rolls. Deep fry the chicken koftas until brown in colour.
For Gravy purpose, grind onions, tomatoes, Spinach, garlic, ginger and cashew nuts.
Take a pan and heat with 4 teaspoons of oil. Add cumin seeds and the gravy mixture in it.
Add spices and Fresh cream after 5 minutes. You have to saute it every 3 minutes.
When the mixture seems dry, add half cup of water in it.
Add the chicken kofta in the gravy and boil it for 5 minutes.
Dash it with a teaspoon of lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.
