Govts. decisions burden the public: Naidu

(Siasat News) Common man is not in a position to bear the burden any more on account of the decision of the Govt. for price rise. People should come out on the roads and protest against these decisions of the Govt. TDP will join the other opposition parties in their protest against Diesel price hike and other decisions of the Govt. It will record its protest Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

These views were expressed by Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, TDP Chief in a press conference held yesterday. He told that permitting Foreign Direct Investment in retail trade amounts to deprive small traders. It would lead to economic slavery once again. It will also hit the economic condition of the common man. He told that price rise in essential commodities is the result of price hike of diesel. This step of the Govt. is to overburden the common man. He pointed out that A.P. collects maximum tax on the sale of oil. If the state Govt. reduces its tax on oil, people would get relief to some extent. Limiting the number of gas cylinders is like putting off the ovens in the houses of common men. He said that Govt. is not sensitive towards the problems of common man.
