Govt. warns to those who obstruct persons calling off strike

Hyderabad, October 11: State Govt. said that on account of Telangana employees strike, students farmers and poor daily wages workers are suffering. It appealed to the employees of Singarenie Colleries workers, teachers and agitating RTC workers to call off their strike. CM of A.P. Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy, for the first time using harsh words, warned the agitators not to obstruct those employees who want to join duty after calling off the strike. The CM has given his consent to the RTC employees who declared to call off strike. He informed that yesterday 65-70 metric tonne coal was produced. He said that the Govt. would invite striking Govt. employees for negotiations to call off their strike.

He said that Telangana problem is a very sensitive issue and the Govt. would honour the sentiments of the people of Telangana. Core Committee of Congress has started negotiations and it is expected that a solution acceptable to all the parties would be found out. He further told that the State Govt. is not against peaceful protest. The Govt. would exhibit its patient on peaceful agitation but it will not allow anyone to disrupt law and order in the state. He said that the police wont be a silent spectator and deal severely with those who take law into their hands and damage public properties.
