Hyderabad, Aug 29 : Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday said that the government will soon take a call on the special parliament session for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill.
“Discussions are still on. We will decide soon if we want to call a special parliament session on GST or not,” Naidu told ANI.
The government is expected to convene a special session of parliament to pass the GST Bill, a constitutional amendment, but only after a consensus is arrived at among all political parties, including the Congress Party and the Left Front. (ANI)
