Jaipur, Dec 23: A government school teacher in Rajasthan’s Kota district was today suspended for being on leave without prior information and necessary sanction.
“Kota Collector T Ravikant ordered to suspend the lady teacher posted in Government Primary school at Mukandpura who was found absent without leave sanction and prior information during a visit by the collector,” an official said.
“Only eight out of 23 students were present in the school during the visit,” he said, adding that the collector directed Block Education Officer to suspend the teacher and to ensure presence of all the students in classrooms.
