Telangana government has released ₹ 73,88,03,000 to implement various schemes of minorities. Besides this the state government also released 8,66,86,000 as grant towards pre-matric scholarship by central government.
Special Secretary Minority Welfare issued orders in this connection. This year 73 cr were released under planned expenditure for schemes of various minority institutions and all the institutions have been directed to implement the welfare schemes meet the target at the earliest. State government has released 8.66 cr as grant towards pre matric scholarship for 2013-14 provided by central government.
