Govt. plans to undertake exemplary development at Shifakhana Charminar

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali announced to modernise the Charminar Shifakhana and Nizamia Tibbi College by spending Rs. 1 Cr. From his personal fund. He announced to make it internationally renowned hospital. He told this while talking to media after inaugurating the New Labour Room along with the Health Minister Lakshma Reddy.

Mr. Mahmood Ali said Charminar Shifakhana is a heritage structure hence its preservation and restoration of its glory is among the top priorities of the government of Telangana. Mr. Mahmood Ali said government has so far spent 2.5 Cr for fulfilling the promises made to provide required infrastructure and resolve the problems faced by the said hospital and further 2.5 to 3 Cr will be spent in the future so that Unani system of medicine is promoted in Telangana.

Mr. Mahmood Ali also promised to solve the issue of staff crunch in the Nizamia Tibbi College soon.
