Telangana government is keen on promoting Urdu language and its literature. Resolving every issue for the promotion of minorities is the top priority of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Deputy Chief Minister Telangana state Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali in his address said that state government is seriously considering providing pension to elderly writers of Urdu language. He was addressing the book release function of Naat compilation of poet, writer and broadcaster Mr. Aslam Farshouri as chief guest. Mufti Khaleel Ahmed Shaikul Jamia Nizamia released ‘Rahmatulil Aalamin (pbuh)’ a collection of Naat-e-Rasool (SAW) compiled by Mr. Aslam Farshouri.
Release ceremony was held at Hotel IK London Residency, Somajiguda.
