Convener of Indian Pharmacists’ Yatra, Mr. Prakesh Chowdri told the newsmen that a yatra was taken out from Jantar Mantar at New Delhi on 4th January 2013 under the auspices of Udyog Development Foundation. Travelling various cities of the country this yatra arrived in Hyderabad yesterday. Highlighting the aims and objectives of this yatra Mr. Chowdri told that it is meant to apprise the importance of pharmacists to the people.
He was addressing a press conference at new press club, somajiguda. He told that Hyderabad occupies an important place in pharmaceutical industry. It ranks first in the entire country. The criminal negligence of the Governments is causing anxiety among the pharmacists about their future. He demanded the Central and the State Govt. to make the future of the pharmacists brighter.
