Government has directed all the District Minority Welfare Officers to ensure effective implementation of Minority Welfare schemes. Special Secretary Syed Omer Jaleel on Monday convened a meeting of all District Minority Welfares Officers and reviewed the implementation of Minority schemes. Director Minority Welfare Mohammed Jalaluddin Akber and other officers were present in the meeting.
Special Secretary directed the officials to implement the scheme with complete transparency and expedite scrutiny and approval process of applications. He claimed that government was serious in reaching out the benefits of the schemes to the needy. He warned the officers of strict action on compliant of irregularities in the schemes.
