Hyderabad, December 22: The State Government on Wednesday constituted
an experts committee to study the examination Reforms at SSC and
Intermediate Level.
The committee comprises of Prof. Krishna Kumar, former Director of NCERT, New Delhi (Chairman), Prof. Farida Abdullah khan, Former Head of Department of Educational Studies, Jamia Milia Islamia , New Delhi, Prof Apoorvanand of Department of Hindi, University of Delhi, Ms Lathika Gupta, Consultant, NCPCR, New Delhi, Prof. R.Amurthavalli of EFLU, Hyderabad, Commissioner and Director of School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director (RMSA), Director of
Government Examinations, A.P., the Director of Intermediate Education, the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, the Director of SCERT, the Principal of RIE, Mysore (members). The Additional Director of School Education is member convener of the experts committee.
The term of the committee is six months from the date of issue of this order to look into the matter in detail and to suggest examination reforms which may relieve the fear, anxiety and stress on the part of the student and to strengthen their knowledge to enable them to face any examination.
