Hyderabad, November 10: Govt. of A.P. will approach The Supreme Court against the Judgment of A.P. High Court on fees structure in professional colleges. The Sub Committee of the cabinet decided to approach Supreme Court.
The Judgment of A.P. High Court to restructure fees in professional colleges according to the status and category of colleges. Supreme Court would be apprised of the social responsibility of State Govt. for the reimbursement of fees for SCs, STs, BCs and Minorities.
This was disclosed by Mr. Ahmedullah, Minister for Minorities Welfare while talking to newsmen after the cabinet meeting was held. He expressed his anguish over the recent judgment of the A.P. High Court.
