Govt appoints Ramana Chary as Adviser

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday approved the appointment of former senior IAS officer K V Ramanachary as Adviser, Cultural Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Ramanachary recently took voluntary retirement when he was Principal Secretary, Endowments. Ramanachary also served as the Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam and Commissioner for Information and Public Relations. He was connected with many cultural organisations in the State.

During his tenure as the TTD EO he popularised many initiatives like “Kalyanamasthu”. He worked in many senior positions in various departments including QQDA. (INN)
