Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy today announced Rs 15 crore for developing infrastructure facilities in the Palamuru University here. While interacting with students during his last day of ‘Indiramma Baata’ here, the Chief Minister reiterated that the government was giving top priority to providing higher education to SCs, STs, BCs and minorities in the State. Stating that the decision on Telangana statehood issue was pending with the Centre, he expressed confidence that the government would resolve the issue soon.
Earlier, Mr Reddy interacted with the students from Muslim community and enquired about their problems.
