Governor ESL Narasimhan today unveiled a statue of Dr BR Ambedkar at 4.30 pm beside Mahatma Gandhi statue on the Assembly premises and offered floral tributes to Amebdkar.
Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Leader of the Opposition N Chandrababu Naidu, Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar, Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Council Chairman Dr A Chakrapani, Ministers, legislators and Floor leaders of various political parties were present. (NSS)
