Alleging that Governor ESL Narsimhan was behaving like a ‘rubber stamp’, CPI leader K Narayana has demanded a comprehensive inquiry into the roles of both Chief Ministers N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao with regard to ‘note for vote’ and ‘phone tapping’ issues respectively.
Speaking to the media at Maqdoom Bhavan here on Monday, Narayana alleged that Speaker remained a ‘dummy’ during Dr YS Rajashekhara Reddy’s regime and the same was happening now in both Telangana and AP. (NSS)
