Mr. A.M. Rai, IPS, Advisor to Governor convened a review meeting in which DGP Mr. Prasad Rao, City Police Commissioner of Hyderabad, Mr. Anurag Sharma, IPS and Cyberabad Police Commissioner, Mr. C.V. Annad, IPS participated. Mr. Rai elicited the details of Law and Order in the State and Security arrangement to be made during General Elections.
DGP Mr. Prasad Rao told that in Seema Andhra and Telangana, elaborate police arrangement have been made according to the instructions of Election Commission. Paramilitary forces sent by the State are also being deployed.
