On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, Governor ESL Narasimhan conveyed his best wishes to the women of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States.
In a message, the Governor stated, “On the occasion of International Women’s Day, I convey my best wishes to the women of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States. Women in our country have always played great role in the nation-building and in maintaining national integrity, peace and harmony and have always been an inspiration to the society”.
“In our society, women undisputedly play a central role in the family tradition and now in nation-building. They shoulder greater responsibilities with forbearance, which is a God given gift to them”, he added. (NSS)
