Hyderabad: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan today administered oath of office to Justice Thottathil Bhaskaran Nair Radhakrishnan as Chief Justice of the High Court of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States at a swearing ceremony held at 11 am at Raj Bhavan.
