Telangana government has approved bank-linked subsidy scheme for unemployed youth. It has been decided to relax age limit for implementation of the scheme during the year 2014-15. The last date to submit applications for availing the scheme is March 27.
Special Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel issued G.O. Ms No 15 dated 12-03-2015, in this connection and decided to fix the age limit from 21 to 55 years while earlier the eligible age was 21 to 40 years. With this relaxation a large number of minorities could benefit from the scheme. Applications can be submitted online. Income and residence certificate along with Adhaar card must be submitted with the application. Online applications can be submitted on website www.tsobmms.cgg.gov.in.
It must be noted that government has released 94 crore for the scheme.
