Goud asks Govt not to arrest T activists

Congress MP from Nizamabad Madhu Yashki Goud has made it clear that the September 30 Telangana March was not against the proposed Biodiversity meet COP-11.

Speaking to the media at former CWC member Dr Keshav Rao’s residence here on Monday after Telangana Congress MPs meeting, Goud asked the government not to provoke the Telangana protagonists by resorting to arrests.

The Telangana March will go on as scheduled, he said and requested that Centre to begin the process for creation of Telangana.

Stating that there was no place for pro-United Andhra Pradesh leaders in the Telangana region, Goud warned that the Seemandhra leaders would face dire consequences if they tried to put spokes for in formation of separate Telangana State.

Dr K Keshav Rao, MPs Madhu Yashki Goud, S Rajaiah were present at the meeting held at Keshav Rao’s residence.
