Recently the Google Maps app was showing navigation instructions in the Urdu language instead of English, without any changes in the settings. This new development was also noticed by a lot of random users who shared screenshots of the same confirming that it is not limited to a specific group of users.
According to Times Now, when the screenshot was shared on Twitter, Google was quick to reply and said, “Our team is aware of the issue and they are working on a fix. Appreciate your patience”.
