Chandigarh, April 06: Haryana Urban Development Authority has decided to develop a Golf Driving Range in Gurgaon on lease-hold basis on an area of about 8.53 acres in green belt along National Highway at an estimated cost of Rs. two crore.
A spokesman of HUDA said today that a request for qualification and request for proposal (RFQ-RFP) had been invited from reputed organisations or individuals having a strong financial credential and minimum construction turn over of Rs. five crore in the field of construction of Golf Courses driving range in the last three years.
