Mogalturu, April 11: Kadapa MP and former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s son Jaganmohan Reddy has said that the golden rule of YSR would return in the State soon.
He was on the tour of West Godavari district as part of his Odarpu Yatra in the district. His second day tour was three hours behind schedule. Though he was expected to reach Palacole by 4.30 p.m. he could not reach the place till 8 p.m. He covered Narsapur, Palacole, Achanta and Tanuku Assembly constituencies today. He gave Rs one lakh each to the families of those who died on hearing the demise of YS Rajasekhara Reddy. The Kadapa MP also unveiled the statues of his father.
Addressing the gatherings at Bhimavaram, Kottota and Mogaltur, he said that he had not come with a political agenda but to give solace to the families of those who lost their lives after the demise of his father.
Jagan said that he would come out with a political programme soon and assured that his father’s rule would come back.
Moved by the fondness shown by the people, he said, “I have come to console you. But you are consoling me.’’ Minister Pitani Satyanarayana, Narsapur MP Kanumuri Bapiraju, MLAs and many other leaders accompanied him.
