Gold biscuits theft case takes new turn, FIR registered in Pune

Hyderabad: The case of gold biscuits found at Nampally Railway Station took a new turn when Mr. Krishna Prasad, Director General of Railway Police received a copy of FIR from police official of Pune wherein a passenger had made a complaint that his gold biscuits were stolen in Hyderabad.

It may be mentioned that five persons including a porter and an auto driver were arrested for possessing gold biscuits illegally. Later, these biscuits were handed over to Customs and Central Excise.

Now, an official of railway police, Pune contacted the local police and handed over the FIR.

Speaking about the case, Mr. Prasad told that he had sought more information from Pune Railway Police.
