Godavari Pushkaralu in Telangana will be celebrated in a grand manner as that of Kumh Mela, according to Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy. During his visit to Karimnagar, the home minister inspected works related to Pushkaralu here.
On the occasion, Narsimha Reddy disclosed that the government is coming up with a highly equipped Police Commandant Control Room in Banjara Hills to connect with all police stations in the state. Steps were initiated to ensure law and order persists besides giving complete protection to the people the home minister remarked. The Government is according top priority to safety, security and amity which will prove handy for development of the state he stated. The commitment of the government is to ensure welfare of the police personnel who will get weekly offs soon, he declared.
The Home Minister also stated that the government is all set to provide pure drinking waters to every household. The flagship program of lakes restoration through Mission Kakatiya will transform the parched lands of Telangana into a green belt in the days to come to witness more agriculture productivity, he hoped.
