(Siasat News)YSR Congress would try its level best to protect Qutub Shahi Masjid Omer Farooq and a wakf lands adjacent to it. Some land grabbers are trying to usurp these lands. Their evil designs would be buried. They won’t get anything except failure. Those who cast evil eye on the mosque and wakf properties, God will certainly punish them but 1 won’t leave then on the surface of the Earth.
State Media Coordinator of YSR Congress party, Mr.Venkat Prasad, spoke these words. He was addressing an Iftaar Party hosted by him at Masjid Omer Farukh.
Mr. Prasad told that he has came to know from the office bearers of Masjid Committee that some land grabbers are trying to usurp the wakf land attached to this mosque. He said that YSR Congress Party wouldn’t allow any such attempt to be successful.
It may be noted that the 400-year-old Masjid Omer Farooq is located a little away from the habitation. It is situated in Mamidipally village of Saroor Nagar Mandal. President of Masjid Committee Mr. Syed Abrar Ahmed and others met Mr. Venket Prasad and told that some land grabbers have an eye on the wakf land attached to this mosque and there is a need to protect it.
Mr. Venkat Prasad assured that he would come forward to save this property.
