The GMR Varalakshmi Foundation along with Kakinada Special Economic Zone promoters (KSEZ) today donated Rs five lakh worth of furniture-containing 110 iron dual desks, to elementary schools in the SEZ area spread over AV Nagaram, Ramanakkapet , Konapapapet and Konada areas. They also presented Rs 2,000 worth of scientific implements to 35 elementary schools in U Kothapalli and Thondangi Mandals.
GMR foundation and KSEZ representatives K Ganapati, Sudhakar, Sai Srinivas, Ashok babu and Lakshmi have presented them to various schools at a function held at the Rehabilitation Colony at Moolapet to mark the celebration of Independence day. UNI
