‘Glee’ star Mark Salling arrested in child pornography case

Los Angeles: Actor Mark Salling, best known as Noah “Puck” Puckerman of “Glee” was arrested on charges of possession of child pornography.

The 33-year-old actor was taken into custody after the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force sent a warrant at his home on Sunday, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Media spokesman for the LAPD, Liliana Preciado, confirmed the arrest and said Salling was being booked in downtown Los Angeles.

As per the LA County Sheriff’s Department records, Salling posted bail set at USD 20,000 at about 2:30 pm.

The next court date given to him is January 22, 2016.

This is not Salling’s first confrontation with law enforcement. I

In 2013, he was sued for sexual assault.
