Give fresh mandate to TRS, Pocharam urges people

Hyderabad: Caretaker Minister P Srinivas Reddy today said the government gives top priority for the welfare of weaker sections and farmers and the people should give mandate to the ruling party for more development and welfare.

Speaking at a program in Kamareddy, Arya Vyshya, Gouda and Nayi Brahmana associations came in support of him. On the occasion, he said that the ruling party will retain power. He claimed that only Telangana State in the country was providing 100 per cent subsidy on loans by offering Rs 50,000 to the weaker sections towards employment.

Telangana surpassed other states in welfare sector and achieved better financial growth. The TRS Government has offered 100 per cent subsidy on fish seed and 75 per cent subsidy on sheep scheme for yadavas welfare. The Rythu Bandhu scheme of Rs 4000 per acre is a great reprieve for the farmers who can use the amount for investment without going to money lenders he said. In addition to that, the KCR Government has already introduced Rs 5 lakh insurance to help the kin of deceased farmers.

The past governments neglected to give waters to standing crops. KCR is kind enough and we got 1 tmc water from Singur for Nizam Sagar project to protect the crops from drying up he said. Srinivas Reddy appealed to the people to vote for the leaders who will develop the segment in a long term and avoid the opposition for conspiring against the growth.
