The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will take up the road widening works from Ek Minar Masjid to Bazarghat on priority basis.
The decision was taken during the review meeting attended by GHMC Commissioner Somesh Kumar, Hyderabad District Collector Mukesh Kumar Meena and other senior officials of the Town Planning and Land Acquisition Departments. The GHMC Commissioner directed the Chief City Planner and Land Acquisition Officer to give more importance to the road widening works in view of heavy traffic flow.
AIMIM floor leader Mohd. Naziruddin, Chief City Planner Devender Reddy, Land Acquisition Officer Chandraiah and senior officials participated in the review meeting held in the chambers of the Commissioner on Wednesday. (INN)
