Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will decorate 671 masajid with lights at a cost of Rs. 1.45 crore. Rs. 8 crore has been sanctioned for civic work to be undertaken at 356 sites. GHMC is set to take up necessary arrangements to provide hygiene, cleanliness and safety during the holy month of Ramadan.
Dos and don’ts of cooking have been issued and special teams have been set up to conduct inspections with regard to food and sanitation at restaurants serving haleem.
In view of the Holy month of Ramadan as well as the State Formation Day LED lights are being installed at all main thoroughfares.
