The GHMC was making arrangements for the Khairatabad Ganesh idol procession early in the morning contrary to late night Ganesh immersion day.
GHMC authorities in the meeting have decided to begin the Khairtabad Ganesh idol procession in the morning this time instead of late in the night. The meeting discussed about arrangements to be made for Ganesh chaturdashi and Bakrid festival. Ganesh immersion procession would be held on September 15. The meeting was attended by GHMC commissioner Janardhan Reddy and police commissioner Mahender Reddy.(NSS)
