After the City Light Hotel collapse incident in Secunderbad, GHMC started demolishing old buildings in Hyderabad. It demolished 17 buildings. In Circle no 14, four house were demolished whereas in Circle no 9, three, Circle no’s 11,15,16 and 18 two each buildings were demolished. In Circle no 8 one structure were demolished. Town Planning section of GHMC has Identified 14 more building to be demolished.
