Hyderabad: GHMC Commissioner Dr. B. Janardhan Reddy instructed the officials concerned to take steps for allotment of shops to the eligible persons in newly constructed model markets.
The Commissioner reviewed the developmental activities with the officials of various departments of GHMC. He reviewed the implementation of 100 days programme, multi-level parking, development of graveyards, model markets, dumping yards, etc., and instructed officials concerned to identify the places for Multi level parking, Model Markets, dumping yards and graveyards.
To minimize the irregularities in the sanitation wing and to save Corporation’s money, the officials suggested for reintroduce of Bio-Metric system, issue of identity cards, on this Commissioner instructed officials to put the proposals and asked DMC, AMOHs to take attendance of sanitation workers daily in the field itself to check irregularities and to improve the sanitation in the city.
Zonal Commissioners Gowrav Uppal, Hari Chandana Das, Gangadhar Reddy and Raghu Prasad, Addl. Commissioners Surendra Mohan, Ramakrishna Rao, Jayraj Kennedy and Ravi Kiran and other senior officials attended the meeting. (INN)
