The Commissioner, GHMC has inspected the Housing Colonies along with the Superintending Engineer (Housing) GHMC and Housing Engineers of Housing Division – I Ranga Reddy District, GHMC.
Total 848 Houses are constructed in 53 blocks of (G+3) Pattern with Sanctioned Unit Cost of Rs.2.676 Lakhs / House at Ameenpur vilalge. The Housing works are at finishing stage and the related infrastructure works also nearing completion. The Commissioner, GHMC has instructed the Housing Engineers to complete the pending items of Housing and Infra works immediately so as to allot the houses to the beneficiaries at the earliest.
Rameshwaram Banda (Village) of Patancheru (Mandal): A Total of 1792 houses are constructed in 112 blocks of (G + 3 ) Pattern with sanctioned unit cost of Rs. 2.676 Lakhs/House in Ramaehwaram Banda village under Patancheru mandal. The 1232 Houses completed and 560 houses are at finishing stage. The related Infrastructure works are also nearing completion.
The Commissioner, GHMC instructed the Housing Engineers to complete the pending Housing works and Infra. Items immediately. For providing External Electrification by TSSPDCL, the Commissioner, GHMC has requested to the Chairman and Managing Director, TSSPDCL over phone to instruct the concerned TSSPDCL authorities to forward the demand Notice / Estimate to take up the External Electrification by TSSPDCL.
The Commissioner, GHMC has instructed the Housing Engineers to complete the Housing Colonies in all respects immediately and to hand over to the beneficiaries at the earliest.(NSS)
