GHMC Commissioner B. Janardhan Reddy today appealed to the citizens to utilize the opportunity of using old notes for making payments. The Centre has permitted to use old notes for making payment to GHMC towards Property Tax, arrears and trade license fees.
The Commissioner said old notes would be accepted till November 14 for making any tax related to the GHMC. Today the GHMC has accepted Rs seven crore old notes towards payment of various taxes, he added. (NSS)
