Somesh Kumar, Commissioner, GHMC said that all the traders in GHMC limits have to renew their trade license as required under Section 521 and 622 of HMC Act 1955 for the year 2014-15 in any of E-Seva Centre / Citizen Service Centre in GHMC limits.
The Commissioner said the last date for renewal of Trade License is extended up October 31 in view of festivals like (Dasara & Bakrid).
Thereafter 2 per cent interest shall be charged for every month or apart thereof after October 31. The traders can directly go to any Citizen Service Centre / Mee- Seva and obtain provisional license for new trades or can get their existing trade license renewed across the table. (NSS)
