Telangana Resources Protection Committee (TRPC) president Shyamsunder Goud has urged the Telangana State government to collect money from owners, who erected illegal hoardings in Hyderabad City.
Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Goud alleged that some Advertisement agencies’ managements were erecting hoardings in Hyderabad without permission and were not paying any amount to the State government. He demanded that the government order an ACB inquiry into the activities and initiate action against the Ad agencies in the city.
He also asked the GHMC Commissioner to give clarity on the revenue they were getting from hoardings with the permission of GHMC.
TRPC leaders Laxminarayana, KV Ranga Reddy and others participated in the meeting. (NSS)
