GES 2017: Police to conduct door-to-door searches in localities near Falaknuma Palace

Hyderabad: Cops to conduct door-to-door searches in the localities surrounding the venue of Global Entrepreneurship Summit, Falaknuma Palace.
According to the news published in TOI, anti-Naxal Greyhounds and anti-terror Octopus commandos will be deployed in the area surrounding the palace on 27th and 28th November.
This security arrangement is being made for GES 2017 which will be attended by US President Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It is also reported that cops will conduct door-to-door searches at Fathima Nagar, Farooqi Nagar and Al Jubail Colony. Around 3500 cops will be deployed in these localities.
Meanwhile, DCP of South Zone, Mr. V. Satyanarayana said that inner security layers will be as per the protocol of Special Protection Group and US Secret Services. He also said that Octopus and Greyhounds will be deployed in the area surrounding Falaknuma Palace.
Employees of Taj Falaknuma palace will also be allowed only through entry passes which will be issued by police. Around 2000 cops will be on duty at the venue.
