Job description – Looking for Black Belt certified individuals who come with strong domain experience in Six Sigma.
-Design and deliver on value generating roadmaps and projects as part of corporate quality
-Mentor Black Belts and Green Belt projects on Lean Six Sigma and end-to-end thinking to deliver long term benefits
-Harness a combination of smart processes, analytics and technology to design and deliver on business outcomes
-Create commitment across all involved teams and facilitate buy-in from key stakeholders
-Lead and ensure an effective communication and governance rhythm on our key projects
Specific Competence (Essential):
-Certified Black Belt (Preferable), Process excellence/ re-engineering/ consulting/ transformation/ Lean Six Sigma experience
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills
-Ability to mentor effectively and bring in end-to-end thinking
-Domain expertise in Accounts Payable/Accounts Recievables/Record to report or Insurance required
