Hyderabad: Telangana Waqf Board finally succeeded in the protection of 4 acres 5 guntas Waqf land of Dargah Hazrat Mir Mahmood located at Medchal−Malkajgiri.
After repeated representations and incessant efforts of Waqf Board Chairman Mohammed Saleem, Commissioner Printing and Stationary issued modified gazette notification and declared the valuable land as Waqf.
It must be recalled that a fake NOC was issued last year, through which 4 acres 5 guntas land under survey no’s 661, 662 and 663/1 had been declared as non-Waqf.
However, with great effort, the Waqf Board finally succeeded in getting back the valuable land.
