Watch: Gau Raksha Dal activists thrashed Muslim Beef transporters, forced them to eat cow dung

New Delhi: Two Muslim men Rizwan and Mukhtiar were allegedly forced to eat a mixture of cow dung, cow urine by volunteers of the so-called Gau Raksha Dal (Cow Protection Group)  in Haryana, The Indian Express reported today.

The incident happened near Faridabad – Delhi border area on June 10.

The 57-seconds bizarre video shows Gau Rakshak volunteers forcing Rizwan and Mukhtiar to eat a concoction of cow dung, cow urine, milk, curd and ghee, called “panchgavya”.

Sitting on a highway, they were first thrashed mercilessly and then with swollen faces made to swallow cow dung with the help of water in the name of purification.

The volunteers of the Gau Rakshak Dal urging them to “finish the gobar quickly,” and shouting slogans such as “Gau Mata Ki Jai” and “Jai Shri Ram.”

Interestingly Dharmendra Yadav, president of the Gurgaon Gau Rakshak Dal who narrated the entire incident to Indian Express, admitted that his volunteers had intercepted a vehicle transporting “700 kg of beef from Mewat to Delhi” on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway.

“We had to chase the car for 7 km before we finally managed to stop them near the Badarpur border,” Yadav told The Indian Express.

“When we caught them, they had 700 kg of beef in their car. We made them eat the panchgavya to teach them a lesson, and also to purify them,” he said.

After that, they handed over the two men to the Faridabad Police on charges of cow slaughter.
