The GITAM Admission Test (GAT) -2016, for admission into engineering, pharmacy and architecture courses in 3 campuses Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam and Bangalore, was held at 44 centres across the country during April 19 to May 8. GAT result was declared here on Friday. Six students from Hyderabad, Telangana, are in the top 10.
Chunduru Rahul from Guntur topped the list while securing 288 marks out of 300. Announcing the results, Vice-Chancellor of the university M.S. Prasad Rao said that the total fee will be waived off for all the top 10 rankers for the first year.
The counselling will take place between May 26 and 28 in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
