Hyderabad: Task Force of East Zone Police arrested a woman and seized ganja from her possession.
According to the details, K. Parvatamma (46) hails from Vishakhapatnam. Earlier, she was arrested by Nakkapally, Chintapally and Kovur Police for ganja smuggling.
Parvatamma is a labourer. She started smuggling ganja to enhance her income. A few days back, she smuggled 14 kg of ganja from Vishakapatnam to city. She was making an attempt to sell it. Task Force police arrested her at MG Bus stop and seized ganja from her.
Investigations revealed that earlier she had sold ganja to customers in Dhulpet. She was handed over to Afzalgunj police station for taking further action.
