Dhanbad: A rape victim abandoned her new-born baby girl in PMCH at Dhanbad. Earlier, the victim was gang-raped by two men.
The victim appealed to the hospital authorities to handover the baby to her biological father after verifying it by DNA test as the baby can be a daughter anyone of the two rapists.
However, sources revealed that one of the two rapists is absconding. Now, PMCH is planning to handover the baby to the Centre for Women and Girls.
