Alleging that the YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has hatched a conspiracy to create violence in Hyderabad during the CBI inquiry into his amassed assets, the Congress Legislature Party has said that the State government and police have foiled his conspiracy.
Addressing the media at CLP office here on Saturday, the government Chief Whip Gandra Venkataramana Reddy said that nothing will happen to the party with one or two MLAs leaving it. He questioned Jagan as to why he was not responding on the allegations he was facing and as to why he has applied for interim bail.
Finding fault with the TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu for describing the Congress party as thieves’ party, Gandra said that Naidu has to recall the fact that where his political life had begun.
Government Whip E Anil said that it was not proper to Jagan, who praised the services of CBI when he got clean chit in Paritala Ravi case, to allege that the CBI has hatched a conspiracy against him.
Alleging that criminals and thieves were accompanying Jagan, he said that Jagan has no right speak on morals and ethics. He questioned Jagan to answer whether his follower Mangali Krishna was a criminal or not.
Arogyasri Minister Kondru Murali has said that the YSRCP was indulging in Gobles campaign that violence will take place during the investigation against Jagan. He also found fault with the falsehood being spread by the YSRCP leaders that migrations began from Congress party to YSRCP.
Stating that Jagan party was a sinking boat, Kondru said that Jagan has to come out clean from the ongoing CBI inquiry, if he was really sincere. He said that the YSRCP leaders were trying to get votes by using former chief minister late Dr YSR’s name.
Alleging that criminals and thieves were accompanying Jagan, Kondru said that the democracy will not succeed with them. He said that no Congress MLA has gone towards Jagan party. (NSS)
