Mumbai, September Akshay Kumar had a theme party based on his new television show for his niece Simrit’s birthday recently.
The superstar, who hosts a popular show on television and is fondly called, jallad (hard taskmaster) by the women participating on the show, adapted the same pattern for the little girl’s birthday party. The kids were asked to drink bittergourd juice, swim 30 laps in Akki’s private pool, and do some other tough tasks, and of course they were handsomely rewarded. Two teams were formed, one headed by Aarav (Akki’s son) and the other by Simrit. And guess what Simrit’s team won because she was the birthday girl, and had to have the last laugh. A sporting Aarav even congratulated his little cousin.And kids were seen going home lugging the gifts Akki had organised for them. Talk of being innovative, you can’t beat this khiladi at his own game.
