A FIR against the AMC was issued by the CBI in Nov 2011.

According to sources, Chanchalguda jail authorities are making arrangements to shift Gali amid high security.
“Even if Janardhan Reddy gets bail in Hyderabad, he will remain in the jail till he gets the bail in the Karnataka case. He will be produced on a PT warrant and the court will remand him to judicial custody. He will be lodged in the Bengaluru jail. CBI may take him into police custody with the court’s permission and question him regarding the AMC case,” said a senior police official.
