Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao here on Sunday disclosed that Gajwel Assembly constituency in the district would be developed into No. 1 constituency in the State.
The minister laid the foundation stone for highway works estimated to cost Rs 84 crore in Gajwel town. Speaking on the occasion, Tummala called upon the people of the State to join hands with the government in transforming Telangana State into Bangaru Telangana in conformity with the desire of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. Appealing to the people to help the government in the gigantic task, he reiterated that KCR government was going ahead with the sole intention of the welfare of the downtrodden sections. (NSS)
